At Kartikay, we ensure that all employees, customer service reps, and service providers are safe. Kartikay believes that all employees are responsible for working in and creating an environment that results in an incident-free workplace where no one gets hurt. Everyone who works at Kartikay gets the training, tools, and authority they need to be responsible for their own safety and the safety of their coworkers. Our objective is to have zero incidents in our operations, which will lead to achieving our vision.
All employees are told that it is their job to help the management implement the QHSE policy. All employees are advised to support the management in implementing the QHSE policy because it is their responsibility. At Kartikay, all personnel know their authority to ‘Stop’ the job if they notice something unsafe.
