Mr. Ajay Mrig has more than 30 Years of experience in handling matters related to Coal Mining, Coal Transportation, Mining Processing, and Power Generation. Mr. Ajay Mrig is currently controlling the operations of the Nagpur, Raipur, Hyderabad, Chhattisgarh, Orissa, Maharashtra, and Telangana Region. He is presently promoting 13 companies in India and abroad. His companies have IND A+/Stable from India Ratings and CRISIL A-/Stable from CRISIL. Mr. Ajay Mrig is a dynamic, multitasker, and versatile and his ability to take quick decisions coupled with a pragmatic and optimistic approach to work in other areas has helped to espouse the group efforts substantially.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
- KEMSPL has completed 53000 m and 44000 m core drills in the years 2010-11 and 2011-12 respectively with 4 drills in Iron ore. To date, we have completed more than 175,000 meters of drilling in Iron Ore with average productivity of more than 800 meters/drill/Month.
- KEMSPL has completed 25000m core drilling in coal at Jilga Barpali, C.G., for MECL with a depth range of 800 to 1000m and completed work well ahead of schedule (in 7.5 months) and rewarded 1981 more meters. The average productivity was around 1000 m per drill per month.
- KEMSPL has completed 16337 m core drilling in coal at Dahegaon – Dhapewada block, Kalmeshwar, Nagpur which was a target-oriented job, with a depth range of 400 to 600m and completed in 3 months with 4 drill rigs. The average productivity was 1361 meters per drill per month.
- Exploratory drilling in Somavaram coal block was of top priority & time bound. We were awarded 21,600m of drilling work (18000+20%) in Somavaram Coal Blocks, Krishna Dist, AP in Sept 2016 to be completed in 7.2 months. We achieved the same with 4 rigs in 5.5 months with productivity of >1,000m per drill per month and completed the project much ahead of schedule.
- In the New Pathrapara Coal Block KEMSPL got 51,100m of drilling work with allied services to be completed in 16 months However, we have completed 50,924m of drilling ahead of schedule by deploying 3-4 Drill Rig.
